Steps To Do A Proper Penile Duplex Study

First of all the doctor checks if there is any knot or lump in the penis. look ahead, you will see… that this is penis’s… These are the muscles inside the penis. Look at these, these are the two corpora. Corpora mean the blood vessel through which the blood circulates. So these are two corpora and this is the urethra. The urine passes through it. so… we will start from the base. the base of the penis is… These are testis. this is a testis and this is the second one. We are starting from the base. You can see the urethra is completely fine. There is no calcium in the corpora. Corpora are also looking fine. Here, we have come to the top. Now we will look from the backside. This is called the dorsal penis. The vein… Look how we start from the bottom of the penis, it is necessary to check this area as the venous leak mostly occurs here. So this is the vein let me show you the doppler, First, let us check the whole penis if there is any lump or calcium stuck somewhere. We should check the nerves from both the sides then let’s check the glans properly.

Second step is that we have to erect the penis. To make it erect, we have to administer the injection into the penis. This is an injection of trimix. I will inject 0.5 ml into his penis. I will inject 0.5 ml only in one corpus. Did it hurt? Tell me if it hurts. I used 0.5 ml, which is enough usually to get an erection. After injecting, we should press it like this. Now we will wait for five minutes for the blood supply inside the penis to start.
